What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies and reads none.
- It runs no analytics, tracking or advertising code.
- It has no forms and no account. Nothing you type is collected, because there is nowhere to type.
- It makes no request to any other company. The fonts, images, stylesheet and script are all served from
ecosystemtrading.comitself. - Its one small script only fades sections in and closes the menu. It opens no connection and stores nothing in your browser.
What the web server records
Like almost every web server, ours writes a standard access log line for each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response status and size, the referring page your browser sends, and your browser's user-agent string. Failed requests can also appear in the server's error log.
These logs are kept to operate and secure the server. They are rotated daily and deleted after about 14 days.
HTTPS
The site is served only over HTTPS. Your browser is told to keep using HTTPS for this site for a set period (HTTP Strict Transport Security). That is a browser security setting, not a cookie, and it identifies no one.
Where the website is hosted
The website runs on a server operated by Ecosystem Trading in a Hetzner data centre in Germany. Requests reach it directly; no content-delivery or proxy service sits in between.
If you write to us
Mail sent to info@ecosystemtrading.com is received through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards it to the operator's mailbox. Your address and your message reach the operator, who uses them to reply to you.
